Level 1 Award in Food Safety

Suitable for: new employee’s with no previous food handling experience, food handlers only handling low risk / wrapped foods, kitchen porters, waiters, waitresses and other people who are only serving food and not preparing food.

We also offer the Allergen Awareness Level 2 Award in Food Safety, Level 3 Award in Supervising Food Safety, Level 3 Award in Food Allergen Management for Caterers and Level 4 Award in Managing Food Safety

Length of course: 3 hours & 30 minute multiple choice exam.
