This is Level 4 Award in Food Safety qualification is designed for anyone who may want to train their own staff, managers & supervisors in food businesses who should have a higher level of training than those they are supervising, and gives them a detailed knowledge of microbiology, the design & implementation of a food safety management system, and creating a good food safety culture. Level 4 Award in Food Safety

Suitable for: chef managers, trainers, owners or managers of food businesses, supervisors with intermediate food hygiene knowledge, hygiene auditors, shift managers or supervisors

Length of course: 5 days + the exam (2½ hours allowed) + controlled assignment (2 hours)
