 Suitable for: Business owners, managers and supervisors of small and medium-sized catering and hospitality businesses.

Length of course: Total course hours = 20. Only 1 day is spent on site, with the remainder of the time being used completing the assignment (a haccp based assignment). Please see candidate guidelines for details of the assignment. A tutor is available by email or phone whilst you complete the assignment. Approx time to complete the assisgnment is 13 hours.
