Food Allergen Management

Do you have a policy on  food allergen management? We are now offering two courses to help you comply with the new Food Information Regulations, and to ensure your team know what to do to control the risk of allergenic contamination of food.

Our Allergen awareness course is a non accredited 3 hour awareness course suitable for front of house team, food handlers handling packaged food and anyone that needs an understanding of the risks from allergens and how to control them.

The HABC Level 3 Award in Food Allergen Management for Caterers is a one day course, suitable for chefs, managers, supervisors and owners of small to medium food businesses.
