This is a one day accredited food hygiene / food safety course, formally known as “Basic Food Hygiene Certificate”, or “Foundation Food Hygiene Certificate”. This Level 2 Award in Food Safety qualification covers microbiology, the consequences of poor hygiene, food poisoning, contamination, temperature control, storage, pests, personal hygiene, cleaning, legislation, the design of a food premises, and HACCP.

Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering

Suitable for: anyone working in a food business that is cooking, storing or serving food. Typical candidates include: chefs, school cooks, pub staff, restaurant staff, kitchen porters, childcare workers, care staff, airline staff, outside catering staff, cafe staff, hotel staff

Sign up, complete the pre-course interactive workbook, and log in to the Zoom Live Food Safety Training session.
