This course has replaced the old “intermediate food hygiene certificate” and is a supervisory level qualification covering the role of a supervisor in a food business, food safety hazards, HACCP, food poisoning investigations, microbiology, food preservation, personal hygiene, cleaning, pests, and food safety legislation.

Level 3 Award in Supervising Food Safety

Suitable for: supervisors in a food business. Candidates include chefs, hospitality supervisors, head chefs, catering managers, sous chefs, H.A.C.C.P team members, assistant managers, deli supervisors, restaurant managers.
