HACCP Training Legislation

Food Hygiene Legislation states that “Those responsible for developing and maintaining the business’s food safety procedures, based on HACCP principles, must have received adequate training”. – EC 852/2004

We provide accredited HACCP training from level 2 to Level 3, a non accredited HACCP training awareness course, and we can provide you with a tailored haccp course, specific to your haccp system currently in place. Please contact use for more information.


HACCP Awareness training is intended to introduce HACCP to new employees, or as part of a refresher

Level 2 HACCP training is aimed at anyone who may have an involvement in parts of HACCP (daily monitoring) and may need an understanding of HACCP

Level 3 HACCP training is aimed at anyone with a more direct involvement in HACCP, for example, chefs, owners and managers of food businesses such as care homes, restaurants, schools & nurseries, hotels.
